BANGKOK – January 11, 2024 – Thai Union Group PCL, the world’s seafood leader, is accepting applications for its Management Associate Program 2024, a three-year program for talented individuals to develop their skills and gain invaluable experience in the exciting branded and fast-paced food industry. Applications are now open until February 29, 2024.

The Thai Union MA Program is a competitive leadership fast-track program for people seeking a launch pad to a fulfilling career path. The program exposes participants to all aspects of Thai Union's business and senior management, accompanied by a strong mentorship framework. The key departments for applicants include Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, 0-3 years of working experience and be fluent in English. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to onboard in May, ready to start an exciting and rewarding career in the food industry.
The Thai Union MA Program offers a 3-year fast track plan. This involves a six-month assignment on rotation assignments across various functions. After completing the first 18 months of the program in Thailand, candidates will spend between 18 months and two years on international assignments, aligned to a specific function.
