Thai Union Wins Thailand Labor Management Excellence Award 2023

Samutsakorn – January 3, 2024 –Thai Union Group PCL and six of its subsidiaries including Thai Union Manufacturing (TUM), Okeanos Food (OKF), Thai Union Feedmill (TFM), PakFood, i-Tail Corporation (ITC), and Thai Union Seafood (TUS) were honored to receive accolades for labor management excellence in 2023. The Company and subsidiaries were recognized for outstanding business operations in the areas of employee relations and labor management at an event organized by the Ministry of Labor. Certificates was presented by Mr. Phol Dhamtham, Governor of Samut Sakhon Province.  

The awards recognize businesses that demonstrate outstanding management in employee relations and workforce welfare, aligning with Thai Union’s SeaChange® 2030 sustainability strategy and commitment to Safe, Decent, And Equitable Work. Thai Union Group and TUM have received this national-level award for 11 consecutive years, while OKF, Pakfood, TFM and TUS have received the award for the third year in a row.
