Bangkok - July 16, 2014 - SEALECT and Fisho are ready to penetrate the traditional market capitalizing on joint distribution with business allies in order to expand its distribution network covering the provincial areas with brand-new mobile unit pickup trucks.

Supathra Kuratana, Managing Director of T-Holding Company Limited ,a marketing and distributing arm of ‘SEALECT tuna' Fisho and Bellotta, under Thai Union Frozen Products Public Company Limited (TUF) said after a nationwide roadshow where consumers were introduced to various tuna menus, the company is now preparing to increase sales channels in provincial areas.

"The next important strategy is to increase the amount of sales outlets, particularly in traditional trading by joining forces with business allies with strong distribution networks. We have purchased a large fleet of new pickup trucks in order to improve our delivery service and we are also bringing in new executives to help set strategies for market penetration. They are responsible for supply chain, marketing, trade marketing, and most importantly sales. The traditional trade department, with its pickup fleet, will be showing the potential of the sales team which is fully equipped to approach customers across the country. This will provide nationwide easy access to high-quality products that are healthy and guaranteed by global standard production. We are confident that the new strategy will help SEALECT tuna, sardines and mackerel products as well as Fisho products to increase its market share," she said.
