Bangkok, 6 November 2026 – Thai Union Group, comprising Thai Union Group Public Company Limited (TU), i-Tail Corporation Public Company Limited (ITC), and Thai Union Feedmill Public Company Limited (TFM), has received a 5-Star, or “Excellent,” rating in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2026 (CGR). The assessment was conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

This achievement reflects the robust corporate governance, transparent disclosure, fair treatment of shareholders, and responsible engagement with all stakeholder groups, which together support sustainable growth, strengthen investor confidence, and reinforce Thai Union’s standing as a trusted global company.
