Thai Union Joins Tha Chalom Mini Marathon #4 to Promote Community Health and Marine Conservation

Samut Sakhon, 20 October 2025 – Mr. Niran Yoongam, Director of Human Resources, and Mr. Sukrid Kaendee, Senior Department Manager of Human Resources at Thai Union Group PCL, represented the company at the flag-off ceremony of the “Tha Chalom Mini Marathon #4: Establishing the Marine Debris Reduction Fund through Volunteer Power,” held on 19 October 2025 at the Street Art Bridge (Wat Chong Lom) in Tha Chalom, Mueang Samut Sakhon District. The event was presided over by Mr. Banphot Chantrawong, Chief Administrative Officer of Samut Sakhon Province, and welcomed more than 2,000 runners.

Thai Union has continued its support for the Tha Chalom Mini Marathon, reflecting its strong connection with Tha Chalom, where the company originated, and its commitment to community health and well-being. The marathon also reinforces Thai Union’s dedication to protecting and restoring marine environments through long-term, sustainable action. This year’s event raised more than THB 2 million, which will be used to support future environmental efforts.
